They just added a block of list entries at the begin, enumerating language links, that could/should be supported. Translation is done by the community. I'm willing to support it for the german language.

The lack of releases is because none of the recent development has been of things that the player will see, and the lead programmer, tzlaine, doesn't think it's worth putting out a release until something player-visible is done (though I shall re-suggest doing it anyway).
