the sourcecode is unter GNU right? I hask here since I'm not shure, but think that this page shuld be filled properly.

FreeOrion is distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL), and as required in that liscence, the source code is available to the liscencees. The FreeOrionWiki:Copyrights page could be said to be about the contents of the wiki and not FO itself, and thus not really need to mention the program's liscence, but you're probably right that there should be a more prominent mention of the liscence under which FO is distributed... and this page might be a good place for that.
