Unfortunately, this project failed and had to be shut down. A major reason was the lack of professional administration as anonymous changes to the official project pages were possible. Instead of fixing the problem, the persons in charge wasted their time with fruitless IP-blocking attempts until we made a decision and shut down FreeOrion.
