FreeOrionはフリーでオープンソースの、 ターンベースの宇宙帝国ストラテジーゲームです (細かく言うと4X,"eXplore":探検、"eXpand":拡張、"eXploit":開発、"eXterminate":殲滅)。 freeorionプロジェクトによって設計から開発まで作られているゲームです。FreeOrionは伝統的なMaster of orion(日本語版がないので英語版です)に触発されていますが、 しかし、Master of orionシリーズや他のゲームのクローンやリメイクではありません。

  • FreeOrion 0.4.10.1 has been released - This is a bugfix release for 0.4.10. Windows and OSX installers are available on SourceForge and on GitHub. Linux users will need to build from source, or acquire from your distribution if available. We also provide a snap package on snapcraft.io (please be patient, it may take a few days until the snap has been updated). Source tarballs are available from GitHub (please use the source tarball file with version and build number in the filename, not the links automatically created by GitHub).
