SAME for Banners resp use 3 Banners for SITE,FORUM and SF

that Blue looks fine and lite ... but Cosmos is dark and mysterious.
I point with to a Cosmos Theme instead a Blue-Sky-Theme.
Try this: BG=0x000000
FG=0x0000FF BLUE
FG=0x00007F even dark BLUE has huge Contrast and looks fine
FG=0x3F3FFF lite BLUE almost harmful Contrast
Consider Bannner PNG with BG=BLACK or BG=0x0F0F0F + Noise it for smooth Graphite
I use since Week Black&BLUE via Custom StyleSheet Option in Browser and just black Fonts
causes rarely Trouble but can use Forum well for most Time. That looks SPACIC!
Just Banner as Page Element remains lite while other is fine for using at Night while at Day
its looks fine as well but light Environment reduces Impact from light Screen.
The brief Argument is: I dont want to sit in Front of a Solarium!
Drop Solarium and make Page spacic.
