Link to sourceforge

Minor suggestion: the freeorion.org site doesn't appear to have any links to the sourceforge page. That would probably be a good thing to do. The forum links obviously should be updated as well..

I've updated the main references to the new forums, if you see any other stale links let me know.

I've added sourceforge to the reminders box, good idea. And to the weblinks - ah I see the broken forums link you mean. I fixed that now.
