Just started a new game with 0.4.5 RC1 and noticed that the circles are in fact not really round (see picture below). The dent is in every circle on the map so far.
Has it always been like this?

Re: Misshapen Circles
That was, hopefully or perhaps just partly so far, fixed in master as part of reimplementing some map rendering to use vertex buffers. I don't know how long it was happening in master, though.
Re: Misshapen Circles
I saw these too in the rc branch , havent retried since
Re: Misshapen Circles
I've seen this as well. Sometimes there are rogue pixels nearby that seem like they are where the circle should really be as well. Just figured it was part of the work in progress for the engine change.

I've rebased and recompiled yesterday, but the dent is still there.Geoff the Medio wrote:That was, hopefully or perhaps just partly so far, fixed in master as part of reimplementing some map rendering to use vertex buffers. I don't know how long it was happening in master, though.

In places I haven't attempted to fix it, yes, but where I have, it's gone. See attached.Sloth wrote:I've rebased and recompiled yesterday, but the dent is still there.
