Fun Zootopia Map (for 0.4.7.1)

I don't know if there are any tricks of FreeOrion's RNG implementation, but it makes this map quite fun.

I name this map "Zootopia" because wild animals roam everywhere, if you tame them ASAP, you can exploit them to beat the AI opponents, otherwise you will be overwhelmed soon.

The game configuration

I won the game at turn 190, all 6 AIs are defeated by myself. Check out the "Battle Fleet 1818", those five poor low level warships are the only ones I built(6 in total, one lost). I'm relatively new to FreeOrion, I believe a veteran can won this game without build a single warship!

is attached. You can load it directly or use the same game config as above.

Have fun in the zoo :D

You achieved almost 6K PP and almost 2k RP in under 200 turns?
I have my doubts...

And you're calling a Robotic Hull cruiser a "Battleship"? Really?
And those were the only warships you built?
Again, I have my doubts...

Follow an optimal strategy strictly, you can make it happen, and may better than me.
I must thank CmdrKeen for his nice My personal strategy guide
My focus on monster nests is mostly a denial strategy. You do not want all these monsters roam your empire. So, take their nests sooner rather than later. Also, Snowflakes make very good early game Scouts. You can essentially keep your whole border under permanent surveillance with just two or three of these critters. Monsters are also the reason to prioritize the research of Mass Driver 2 and 3 and the production of a Cruiser II so early. Taken together, the Frigate I and the Cruiser II have the necessary firepower to actually kill, say, a roaming Drone and give your Outpost Ships a save passage.

One more tip about tamed monsters: park them in places where they mature. Every monster type has a specific type of planet they prefer. Check the pedia. If you cannot put them to good use elsewhere, just leave them at their nests. When they reach their highest level, use them to guard your border or let them just go on rampage on their own. In one game I played, I took out an entire enemy empire with just two Great Juggernauts and the necessary supply of ground troops. These things can be devastating if used correctly (read: patiently). This is also the reason you want to tame them soon. Otherwise they will destroy your empire.
BTW, CmdrKeen's early-to-mid game strategy is quite optimal IMO.
I wondered if it can be implemented in AI code, then it will make this game more challenging.

I need to get back in to the balance pass I'm working on, it's far too easy to get numbers like that when you know what you're doing.

Monster nests can be really powerful if you push them and get some good results early.

And semantics is generally not worth arguing over, if that's the best ship you've got it's your battleship, it's why classifying ship designs in a game with developing tech is a pain (and why the AI uses Greek mythical creatures, I tried to get naval types to work and it was too vague)

I call BS on this. I think it is much easier to photo shop
turn 190 over turn 290 than it is to achieve numbers like that.
I've followed CmdrKeen's strategy guide and put in hundreds of hours
playing this game. I have never seen numbers like that.
And I only built 6 Robocruisers with no shields and beat monsters
and the six AI's??? You might be able to get some fairly high
PP and RP numbers by turn 190, but the only building six warships
I know for a fact is absolutely total BS. It's impossible even
with Eaxaw pilots.

Is there a saved game available?
PS: Of course I think those numbers are possible.

Agreed, I posted this map here for it's really fun(even a little bit weird) to me.
It provides an alternative gaming experience. Someone can try it without build any warship, I mean, win this game in the style as a "Zookeeper" instead of a “Fleet commander” :D 8)

Well, it's a typo here, I meant warship, not battleship.
Sorry for the confusion, I hadn't speak English for a while, got really rusted.

So you're saying I'm a cheater/faker? I actually don't know how to use Photoshop.
Why don't you load my initial save file and try it yourself, you will find this map really entertaining.

If the word "built" misguided you, that's my bad.
The main fleet I operated is definitely not those 6 Robocruisers, but a horde of Great Krakens. Obviously they were not built by myself.
