GiGi: Setting CMAKE_VERBOSE_MAKEFILE true

Hello,

I'd be glad if you could set CMAKE_VERBOSE_MAKEFILE true in GG/CMakeLists.txt. That would help to spot possible errors and warnings earlier and it would be in line with the rest of the build which is already verbose. I don't know why but using -DCMAKE_VERBOSE_MAKEFILE=on does not yield the desired result. I had to turn on this feature in GG/CMakelist.txt explicitly.
