cia.vc service down permanently

The cia.vc service apparently has been shut down permanently, meaning the link on our main page, "Recent Development Activity", is dead. Is there any other, similar service we can use instead, or should we just remove the link?

I noticed that the IRC commit echo bot was gone yesterday, and checked out the cia.vc site to see that notice, but couldn't remember if / where there was a link to it on the wiki page... so... thanks for reminding me.

I suppose the github listing is the most usable alternative to link to.
