Why are the design threads created while the release is.....

I don't understand the question.

The design threads up now are for v0.3.

The programming team is currently finishing up v0.1.

Before what?

Huh? i thought the design threads up now were for 0.2......aaah well I'm an idiot. And since they were up just a bit before the expected release of 0.1....aaaah whatever I feel stupid.
