Staying awake and aware is perhaps the hardest thing to do.

Yes, I think Sword Of The Stars main problem for me was:
- putting buildings on planets (too micro)
- film like combat, ie no combat
- RPS combat
I think they would still make a good game though, way better than EA or Atari would make.

To be honest, aside from the obvious slow pace this project is going, I think FreeOrion has more promise of making a good sequel than that.lavinog wrote:Take a look at this article:

But then again, I ended up liking Master of Orion 3 a lot. Not the vanilla version, of course, but with the Tropical addon that was made by the community. It could still use a lot of improvements though.
