I tried setting a colony set to stockpile focus for a couple turns and nothing changed. Bug? Are Exobots just not supposed to be able to stockpile?

Bug!

Also again a undetectable bubble was attacked at Gebo on turn 55. Now I am sure this bubble had not been moving for three turns.
Any code or patches in anything posted here is released under the CC and GPL licences in use for the FO project.

It has been two weeks since the great Battle of Ex Gamma, in an attempted push on the Wormian Capital. Fleet Admiral Dressel had made a dangerous and risky gamble with high stakes but potentially higher rewards, for if the majority of the Wormian Fleet was knocked out of action, it would represent an important step in the conflict

However, one crucial assumption was made, that carrier vessels would be unable to replenish their fighter compliments after they have all been shot down, an assumption that would be the key factor in deciding the course of the battle.

With the battle itself lasting several days, it would go on to be the largest and most destructive battle of the entire conflict to date, with dozens of ships across both sides being destroyed and thousands of crew casualties. Alas, the battle would not go in favor for the Republic, as it led to the significant destruction of the 1st Stellar Flotilla led by the Fleet Admiral himself, who himself barely managed to escape the scene as his flag ship was damaged beyond repair.

It seems that the tragedy of 1st Naval Division has repeated itself.

Despite stocks crashing for a day following the battle, they have since rebounded and is now roaring once more. The economy will not be weakened by a mere setback!

It seems that the Wormians are relentless on raiding our frontier system, and then withdrawing. Such strange course of actions.

To the contrary of Wormian propaganda, they have the head of a regular cadet on display. It seems that their eyesight is so bad that they seem to do poorly at distinguishing faces. Fleet Admiral Dressel is back on the Republican Capital facing a military investigation into the loss of his fleet. In the interim, Vice Admiral Zimmer has been placed in command of the Southern Theater. A relative new comer to the Upper Command, we will see in the future what he will make of the southern region.

In the meanwhile, we will continue to observe the wormians making erratic maneuvers into and out of our border system.

In other news, the end of the two-year term for the Serene President is now a month away from now. With his current approval rating among the Parliament and Upper Council the highest in years, it seems he may be reelected for another term by a wide margin, provided nothing disastrous happens between now and then.

We admit We can't distinguish one piece of junk from the other, so We don't really know who was supposed to be the leader of that suicide squad. But no ship retreated from battle, all bullshit ships were destroyed, so we are sure one of the heads was his. Unless he cowardly fled from combat in a rescue pod or something. We wouldn't be surprised.
Anyways, We've destroyed every bullshit ship on sight for 3 hops around our HW. Does any of these new junk heads belong to any of your leaders? Or you keep fleeing from battle?

I don't understand. Perhaps the question was unclear. I meant the settings like Galaxy Age, Starlane Frequency, Planet Density, Monster Frequency, Native Frequency, and Specials Frequency.
