Hmm! Probably. What about production cost set to 0.8 (from default 1.0) and tech to 1.0? Ratio 0.8/1.0=0.8, a bit less advantage to research than in the fifth game (1.0/1.2=0.833, lower is better for production since these are cost factors).
The fifth game had 60% default values for both industry and research. (Industry factor 0.6, Research factor 1.2 -- default values are 1.0 and 2.0).

I would prefer keeping the ratio consistent, unless we are specifically trying to test that.

Test game started. I've remain count of systems per player, and reduced production cost.

Please test at least you can login.

Did we include the pullreq that makes them take 4 turns not 3, and cost twice as much? That should sort it out.
