Test Build from the Future (with species art!)

This is the current build of freeorion master branch with some extra PRs merged (~160MB) as a snap published on https://snapcraft.io/freeorion-agrrr3

This version, 20190305-MixPR23x87x84x70x73x37x includes following/changes features which are not merged into master:
  • The beautiful art for some of the species is shown in the pedia species entries. (#2336~1)
  • Interceptors target bombers first, then fighters, then ships (#2384)
  • Bombers target ships first, then fighters (#2384)
  • You get a sitrep if warning you about visible empires increasing their detection level. (#2344)
  • Military AI improvements (no enemy suicide fleets) (#2373)
  • Blockade fix (#2336)
  • Ship design creation fixes (#2387)
  • Double fighter launch rate fix (#2384)
  • Tech effects start one turn later (#2370 for consistency with #2344)
Install via root/sudo:

Run via

snap run freeorion-agrrr3.freeorion
or simply

freeorion-agrrr3.freeorion
Update if a new version comes out or switch to this build:

Remove if you want to free the space:

Note I pushed this on freeorion-agrrr3 as this mix of PRs is not "official" and may or may not be merged in future into the master branch.
Any code or patches in anything posted here is released under the CC and GPL licences in use for the FO project.

Furthermore, I propse... we should default to four combat rounds instead of three ...for the good of playerkind.
