Shields and big ships.

Shields and big ships.
What if in a spaceship constructed with asteroids, or other types, do I put two or three defensive shields? Do all 3 work? Or should I put them different? Look forward to courteous directions, thanks and good evening.

Nope, shields don't stack up. The ship parts that do not stack up do tell you in their description.
IIRC, the other non-stacking ship parts are the stealth ones, not sure about detection ones.

right, detection are also non-stacking.
Right now engine parts stack, but we are discussing changing that.

They don't add up. Three deflective shields are the same as one deflective shield.
Use only one shield per ship.
