How do I put images onto http://www.optisch-edel.de/fo/ via FTP/SFTP? Is this the recommended site to put up images? I did a bunch of ship part images, and would like to get approval of my peers to add to the game. I want to embed images to posts instead of adding attachments.

That's pd's personal webspace-- it's just something he used, not an official FreeOrion location.

Also you can put the images inline. See.... After uploading the file, hit the "Place inline" button.


Or there are many free image hosting sites like imgur.com or imageshack.us, etc. It's not hard to find one that doesn't throw a lot of porn adds in your face.
