Then the next game will suffer from ignored bugs. Especially because the next game won't back to master and follow release branch from start, may be even released version. Longturn games are not good to test such changes anyway. If testing is needed, play blitzes with such patches. If you think tho...

That is what called released version and updating server is a part of ensuring "all known bugs fixed".
Wrong, updating server blindly to master also introduces new bugs. What you do is cherry-pick bugfixes.

Every tech we researched is rebalanced. I agree with L29Ah proposal that non-bug-fixing patches should not be applied in the middle of the game, and now the server should be rolled back to previous version.

Why have any building at all? If the outpost is the major cost, then that should be the only thing built. The only reason to have a building is if there is a decision involved (have it y/n, or where is building) The ouposts and technologies do that by themselves....a building is a bad idea +1 this,...

How about making all these buildings system-only, but buff them immensely and make them so expensive, that for example:

* SG is viable on blue stars with 2 large fully settled planets+ or white with 3+
* GG for 3 large ones
* BHPG well should probably always profitable
