Some things I've noticed: 1. Tooltips in menu screens are way to high, with a low delay(which I like) this keeps getting in the way. 2. There are some issues with font alignment in drop down lists. 3. Panning and zooming on the research screen(now without graphvis?) will result in it sticking to the...

FreeOrion_Win32_VC90_3917.zip is available. This file includes the necessary .dll files from the July 17th's SDK, so you don't have to download them seperately. To update your default folder, either grab this tarball or specifically update to revision 3917. changes: - mouse centered zoom - cleaner ...

NOSTAR
Geoff, could you elaborate on the motivation for this? Is it so that stars can be destroyed? What effect would this have on planets?-Added a NOSTAR star type. This does / can be used to represent a location in space - a system - that doesn't have a star.

Re: Species Icons
Thank you so much. These are really nice. I've tried to do them myself, but just couldn't do it. Could you perhaps try to rework the previous ones?

Re: FreeOrion server waiting for network events
There's no need for a proxy, freeOrion doesn't need to connect to the internet. However it's needs to communicate internally in your local network. So, set up your firewall in a way, that allows for this.

Re: Problem with new game in Windows XP
Can you make sure your firewall isn't blocking freeOrion? It's necessary for the client to communicate with it's serverapplication(freeoriond.exe).
