I mean we used that to kill off a fleet Oberlus gave to wobbly. A small asteroid ship with flux lance blockaded the 20 odd ships in system rather than letting them through, so our fleet was able to engage with our 20 odd ships I don't remember what happened. LR, your idea solves nothing, it's the same with steps: pick the policies that make cheaper what will cost you more RP in the next 75-100 turns (to maximize the savings), then pick the other policies for endgame. You can make this take longer or shorter time, but it's the same. And it does not addre...
