Could you re-run that with SAC cost 200 PP? Yeah, costs 315 (103) vs 515 (63 ships) 100% chance of 63 destroyed SAC ships, 50% destroyed non-SAC fleet clustered around 52-58 ships out of 103. A prereq should probably also be plasma cannons. Since both plasma and antimatter will need some type of containment field.
