Why not a Military Regime indeed ? No social slot at first, and an Economic slot that opens a Social slot could also be interesting. But Confederation should maybe be unlocked earlier¹, but I doubt that it's good to unlock it directly at start, and more importantly by its fluff it's clearly a Social...

Oh, and it would be nice to understand what happened on turn 191 (? I think) when Drkosy ships where on Izsm whatever and Wobbly ships were still able to pass through the system without getting blocked.

I would imagine saves should be enough If some core dev can confirm that saves should be enough, I'm fine with stopping the game, since we finished the monster test (and we also tested that a blockaded monster disturbs Collective Thought Networks, which may not be optimal). Else it's probably worth...
