...is it because certain natives can't colonize other planets? Some species can't make ships, and some can't make colony ships. This information is indicated in the pedia entry for each species. I would be nicer if this information could pop up in the production tooltip for that item: [FAIL] Source...

That would make sense once we decided to abandon the idea of any other sort of function for the meter and renamed it "Planetary Supply" or something like that. If Supply and Infrastructure meters are so alike we don't we just eliminate supply since Infrastructure does they same thing more efficient...

What does "BLD_PLANET_CLOAK" do exactly? The meat talks about a "stealth-focus" but I dont think we have one? Some species have a stealth focus available on planets that have that building.... Could we make a slight modification to infrastructure?

As iv been going though the string-table I cant help by wonder why Infrastructure is multiplied by 20? It would be a bit less confusing if we just made it a simple number per "jump"....
