Systemically for a while (didn't check before), when a Colony hatches, its Influence cost is indicated as quite lower than its target.
Like, in current turn, a newly hatched Egassem colony has -4,15 Influence output, while its target is -3,22
Any reason for that behavior ?

Indeed.
We are testing a few things with the Drift monster (should be resolved soon), after that I don't know whether Oberlus agrees to continue to play so that we test this strange Annexation bugs (but we need to reach Boca delta to have another multi-planet setting).

I got a mail at 2:23 a.m. (GMT+1 time, I believe) telling me that "New turn 195 started" then another at 7:22 am telling me that I am "last to end 194 turn".

If I'm not mistaken, it's the second time that happens.
What gives ?

What is there to test about what clearly looks like an Annexation bug ?
I guess that we should make those test a priority now, to settle things before next game.
But it's only at Izsm that I see the problem, so I don't know how to test it (beyond seeing what happens at Izsm in the next turns, I mean).

Why wouldn't you take Liberty on turn 6 or something then ? I don't really understand. Propaganda Broadcasts take a few turns to reach full potential so the early Influence bonus isn't overwhelming if you don't intend to keep it. Also, getting a Social Policy slot at start is also a false good idea ...
