Re: German Translation
- Make sure to use the current English stringtable as basis for your translation work, not the English texts contained in the German stringtable file. These are often outdated, as they don't get updated when the corresponding entries in the English stringtable are, or when entries in the English st...

Re: German Translation
No Problem.
So I continue translating and you write, if you have time and joy to control it. It's o.k.?
Then I zip the file again.

Re: German Translation
I've corrected some orthography and grammer. Also translated a little bit (try to make some more).
But I failed on the way to build a patch. So I hang on a zip-file. Hope, someone can put that in the right form.

Re: create a local repository for test versions
I've improved the German orthography and grammer, some expressions and added some little translations. I try to proceed the translating. I tryed to build a patch. I copied my new de.txt in the directory /default/stringtables and followed this way: In Linux one way to make that patch will be to open ...

Re: Compiling test version for Linux step by step
So, hope isn't to late.
I read:
http://freeorion.org/index.php/Compile_In_Linux#Debian
and see (or misunderstand?), that the last step of preperation is to install "bullet".
In my case
"libbullet-dev" in version 2.82-r2704+dfsg-2

Re: create a local repository for test versions
Hm. I thougt it's an one way repository that I build.
I'll try to build such a patch and push it.
In case of failing I upload a .zip in the linked thread.

Re: Compiling test version for Linux step by step
If I mark the libogre-1.9.0 to install the color of the marker turned to red. If I look under "Attributes" there's no conflict listed. Only the needed other downloads. I try to repair. Breaks with an error message (it's a german version. If necessary I could try to change the language.) E:...

And so I learn during correcting:
With the "krill spawner" may I feed my SM_KRAKEN_1 (Krakenlarve) to develope them faster into SM_2.
