Had a more interesting idea then directly changing shipyard costs.

Architectural Monofilaments: Discount "Orbital" buildings by 25% (basically non-asteroid shipyards)

Contra-gravs moves to gravitonics pre-req

There's also the core slot on the self-grav. There's potential for an anti-fighter weapon, like a grav pulse there.
